Over 90% of educators having attended previous training note it as "highly engaging"!

In an article published by USA Today , it is reported a large number of teachers are leaving the profession due to stress partially linked to student behavior in the classroom. In a post COVID era, many educators feel students have returned to campus with higher social emotional deficits and/or emotional trauma. Whether you are a teacher or administrator, this training will not only provide insight on student behavior but practical strategies which can be applied immediately to impact classroom culture.

Albert Brown has over a decade of experience motivating and engaging students. His experience includes serving two of the largest districts in Texas by providing guidance to district staff on student engagement best practices to improve campus climate and culture. In his most recent role, he witnessed the team he coached be able to engage multiple students with the most challenging behaviors on campus in one room…all day… without classroom disruption incident. I will share the same strategies employed by these leaders in this training.

In 2022-23 school year, Albert has presented to over 1,100 educators on best practices for engaging students with more than 90% noting sessions as ‘highly engaging” and informative.
